Every Queen Scent candle is inspect prior to shipping. In the event we sent you a incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com with subject line: Order# (insert order number) first, last name. Please send attach a picture to email and an exchange will be provided. In the even we do not have the same product we can exchange for a different product on site.
